What are dumb baby names in other countries?

Today my wife and I were talking about eye-rolling baby names here in the US. These include pop culture names (Tyrion), concepts not used traditionally as names (promise, unique) and nouns (apple, harvest, etc).

Is this a phenomenon in non English speaking countries?what dumb names are popping up in other parts of the world?
