XP machine, using ChilliTorrent as the client.
I notice that while downloading I get a healthy upload rate going on. But when my download finishes the uploading trickles down to zero and never resumes even when I leave the client open. Vuze used to behave the same way before I switched clients.
My file destination is set to Z:, an EHD. Could it be that peers are collecting data from my memory or some kind of staging area on the main HD but failing to spot the EHD?
