This case touches on so many issues. The woman sounds like a true hero and what she did was outstanding.

In my mind it also touched on the issue of serious mental illness and how sometimes the line between not acting out and acting out can be so thin, which is another reason it's a good thing this woman was there. Hopefully he'll be able to get treatment.
