Rookie cops shoot 14-year-old dead after teen shot at fleeing man in South Bronx
The 14 year old, Shaaliver Douse, no stranger to the police, was supposed to appear in court for a weapons charge later this month. Upon hearing the news of his death, Douse's family had this to say:
I'm not sure where this is headed, folks.
