Norwegian PM takes day off to drive a taxi

The parliamentary elections are coming up here in Norway, which means politicians doing odd stunts to get some attention. This one from current PM Jens Stoltenberg, going undercover as a taxi driver in Oslo, was actually pretty funny.

It's in Norwegian, of course.

The point, according to Stoltenberg, was to meet people where they could talk freely about politics. But it's also obvious that he enjoys the "OMG, is it...?" feeling that people get when they notice who the driver is.

It also shows the PM is not a very good driver. His excuse is that he hasn't driven his own car in eight years.. :)
