This is the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force's "absolutely totally not an aircraft carrier, I mean I just cannot describe how not aircraft carriery it is, I mean we're not supposed to build aircraft carriers and we built this, ipso facto it simply cannot be an aircraft carrier, this is just a 810 foot long ship with a flight deck which is completely different from an aircraft carrier" destroyer.
