iTunes playlist/folder question

I've Googled and can't seem to find an answer, so maybe someone here can help.



I bought a new iPod classic, 160g. I have a lot of blues music that I have already loaded and sorted onto it. I would like to upload all the rest of my music, but keep the blues seperate from the other stuff.



Is there a way to create a folder in iTunes that will allow this? IOW, one folder "Blues" another "Everything Else"?
