(Since forever, kids of all complexions have been mean to other kids who are smaller and weaker. This is for no reason other than being inexperienced and impetuous and otherwise just being kids. This abuse occurs within and between all complexions of kids. The only thing unusual about this case is that the idiots published it for the world to see.)
